Job Title: Test Architect
Location: NewYork (5 Days a week onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Test Architect with expertise in 5G NSA and SA network architecture, as well as LTE and 5G protocols. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in troubleshooting network issues within 4G and 5G production networks, and will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile services through effective testing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in 5G NSA and SA network architecture to design and implement testing strategies.
- Conduct FFA (Functional and Feature Acceptance) and Services Real User Mobile Testing to validate mobile services.
- Troubleshoot network issues in 4G and 5G production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve problems and implement solutions effectively.
- Define alternative test strategies to isolate and identify root causes of issues.
- Perform verification and retesting to confirm that identified problems have been resolved.
- Manage defects by tracking and following up with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) until resolution.
- Provide guidance on trace capture and filter criteria using tools such as IRIS and Radcomm, following established test methodologies.
- Collaborate with impacted engineering and translation teams to correct configurations and address identified issues.
Mandatory Skills
- Expertise in 5G NSA and SA network architecture.
- Proficiency in using Anritsu 5G Protocol System.
- Experience in FFA and Services Real User Mobile Testing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in 4G and 5G production networks.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams for problem resolution.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with defect management processes.
- Experience with network performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of additional testing methodologies and strategies.
- Understanding of mobile network configurations and manual testing requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in network testing and architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
