Job Description

  • Conduct business process workshops with client IT and Business team and end users to formulate business solutions for production support Issues and CRs.
  • Preparation of functional Specification, technical Enhancements, and approval from Business
  • Work/ Co-ordinate with ABAP, Basis and IS& T Development Team, Functional team for completion of developments/ enhancements
  • Preparation of the Test Plan, Test case and upload in HP ALM
  • Unit Testing and Integration testing of SAP CRM processes with third Party Tools for End-to-End Process validations.
  • Defect analysis and Issue Resolution - Fix the defects found in Unit Testing and Integration testing
  • System Downtime Impact Analysis
  • Executing the Test Scripts in Dev and Test Environments and documenting the defects.
  • Cut-Over, Go-Live and Warranty for Change Request and Incidents, Execution of Cut-over plan including client Communication
  • Status report on the Change Requests and Incidents.
  • Preparation of User training and User Manual
  • SAP Systems upgrade and Support Pack Enhancement Activities
  • Resolving of Issues with respect to master Data (Customer, Customer relationships, material, pricing procedure, condition records) creation in SAP ECC/S/4HANA and further Download to SAP CRM through Middleware
  • Working on the change request for B2B/B2C Marketing Campaigns (Automatic, Auto-dependency, Product use) and promotions in B2B, B2C online Store to support promotions
  • Creation of Digital catalogs for client products and assigning them to various business segments like major Accounts, reseller, education etc.
  • Resolving on Issue related to CRM Customer Group, Material Groups, sales organization mapping, integration issues with internal/external applications
  • Resolving issue related to Creation of Product Catalog and Assortments and integration with SAP Commerce.
  • Exposure to SAP ABAP with Debugging experience will be added advantage.
