Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of 10 full stack developers specializing in C#, .NET Core, Angular, and Azure-based platforms.
  • Establish team structure and workflows in coordination with tech leads, ensuring alignment with product owners and business priorities.
  • Act as a mentor and engineering coach to support continuous learning, technical growth, and professional development.
  • Partner with tech leads to implement scalable, maintainable solutions and enforce adherence to architecture, security, and quality standards.

  • Support current initiatives including the agility transformation for a major business unit, driving stability improvements, refactoring services, and preparing for potential resource realignment across seven agile development teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with other discipline leads (QA, Product, Integration) to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
  • Guide teams through change management and continuous process improvement while tracking measurable outcomes and technical debt.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of cloud-native design, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams, mentor technical staff, and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations.
  • Experience working in a cross-team matrix environment with specialized chapter leads for QA, integrations, and product management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high-impact, user-centered solutions.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability tools preferred.
