Senior architect profile for HCM Cloud advisory role

This intermediate-level Oracle HCM and Visual Basic Script consultant role involves implementing and customizing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions, while also leveraging Visual Basic Scripting (VBS) for automation and integration tasks. The consultant will work independently, but with some guidance, to deliver quality work products, focusing on understanding business requirements and designing effective solutions. The consultant should have experience with the Redwood UI and custom configuration in the HCM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation:

  • Participate in business requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration.
  • Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning.
  • Assist with data conversions, system testing, and go-live support.

Visual Basic Scripting (VBS):

  • Develop and maintain VBS scripts for automation, reporting, and integration.
  • Use VBS to automate repetitive tasks, enhance user experience, and improve system performance.

Integration and Customization:

  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems using VBS and other technologies.
  • Develop custom applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to extend Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and clients.
  • Communicate technical solutions and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM and/or related technical roles.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, etc.).
  • Experience with the Redwood UI and custom configuration in the HCM platform.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and HCM principles.
  • Proficiency in Visual Basic Scripting (VBS).
  • Familiarity with integration technologies, including RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
