Work as Citrix team member in deployment, configuration and maintenance of Citrix systems and infrastructure. Develops technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures. As a team member, you will need experience and knowledge in the following:

The likely salary range for this position is $125,800 - $170,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Work as Citrix team member in deployment, configuration and maintenance of Citrix systems and infrastructure. Develops technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures. As a team member, you will need experience and knowledge in the following:
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later, Citrix Provisioning Services, Citrix NetScaler/ADC.
- Experience in Azure cloud technologies and services
- Design, test, and deploy systems in Citrix Virtual Application and Desktops environment in the traditional and cloud environments.
- Independently provides technical interpretation and solutions in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.
- Troubleshoots system hardware and software specific issues.
- Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
- Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels.
- Ensures server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions.
- Independently ensures data/media recoverability by following a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.
- Conducts hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Ensures that performance and security of servers meet the needs of network users.
- Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
- May evaluate existing systems and assist with planning long-term strategies.
- Provides troubleshooting support for system hardware and software issues that are highly complex in scope.
- Applies advanced knowledge in monitoring and tuning the system to achieve optimum performance levels.
- Provides guidance to less experienced personnel on workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions.
- Conducts advanced to complex hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Ensures that performance and security of computers meet the needs of network users. Uses extensive independent judgement and is unsupervised.
- Recognized subject matter expert in job area typically through advanced education and work experience. Manages large projects with limited oversight from manager.
- Evaluates and assesses existing systems and plans long-term strategies.
- May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- An IT (or similar) based bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in IT Support Operations
- 4 years if Citrix administration experience
- Citrix Certified Professional Virtualization (CCP-V) preferred
- Azure Cloud Administrator certification desired
- Active Top-Secret clearance
