Job Details
- Experience with API services and integration projects.
- 8+ years of BA/Product Owner experience in handling complex projects end to end across multiple tech teams /projects. Should have requirement gathering experience on request/response API, workflow creation and Data mapping.
- 5+ years of mortgage(Loan Origination and Loan Servicing) experience.
- Good in communication and maintaining project sanity like confluence, meeting notes, documentation, issue tracker etc.
- Have worked as single contact for client for any escalations client and act on immediate high priority items. Should have acumen of troubleshooting prod issues.
- Should be hands on with UAT testing and review testers test cases and results.
- Well versed with Agile ceremonials and as well as documenting user stories in JIRA
