One of Chicago's major players in pharmaceuticals is ready to drive big updates to their internal tools that enhance how teams across R&D and operations access insights and complete work. This UX Architect role starts as a remote contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time and work at the organization's northern Chicago location.
You'll define the interaction models, information architecture, and conversational frameworks that make complex AI systems intuitive and trustworthy for the internal employees. This is an ideal role for anyone prepared to partner with internal stakeholders and deliver a strong journey framework for internal portal service chatbots.
Contract Duration: 3 - 6 Months with extension

- Experience designing internal AI chatbots
- Comfortable speaking directly with high level Stakeholders
- Experience conducting User Research and quick prototyping
- Past experience partnering with LLM teams
- Complex System Design experience
- Past work in pharmaceutical or healthcare
- Experience within large Enterprise companies
- Multimodal interfaces
- Previous work with AI/ML teams
