About the Role:
We're hiring a team of Epic Credentialed Trainers (CTs) to support a large-scale Epic implementation for a leading pediatric healthcare provider. This is a high-impact project focused on delivering end-user training ahead of a March 2026 go-live.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.

About the Role:
We're hiring a team of Epic Credentialed Trainers (CTs) to support a large-scale Epic implementation for a leading pediatric healthcare provider. This is a high-impact project focused on delivering end-user training ahead of a March 2026 go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom-based and virtual training sessions on Epic applications
- Create and distribute training materials and job aids
- Provide post-training support to clinical and operational staff
- Travel on-site as needed (initial travel: Nov 3-7)
- Collaborate with training leadership and project teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience delivering Epic end-user training
- Epic credentialing and strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Willingness to travel and commit through go-live
- Experience with Epic modules such as:
- EpicCare Ambulatory, Kaleidoscope, Healthy Planet
- Inpatient Clin Doc, Infection Prevention, Phoenix
- Rev Cycle (HB, PB, Home Health Billing)
- HIM/Identity, Patient Access (Prelude, Cadence, Cheers)
- Beaker, Willow, Radiant, Rehab, Research/Cogito
- OpTime/Anesthesia, Grand Central, Behavioral Health
