Job Details

Job Role: UX/UI Developer Professional
Location: McLean, VA (Only On-Site) Assignment Type: Contract Only Duration: 6 months
Must Have Qualifications: 3+ years of relatable experience. Candidate must be familiar with Figma, Adobe XD, UX/UI designer at enterprise level, and React 18 programing.

Responsibilities include:
Design user-friendly, responsive and visually appealing interface for enterprise level financial application.
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-quality UI design using Figma.
Enhance the existing design system to improve user experience.
Work closely with UI developers to insure seamless implementation of UX/UI design.
Conduct user research, usability testing and analyze feedback to improve design decision.
Collaborate with product owner, developers and stakeholders to understand end-user needs.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.
Technical Skills:
3+ experience in UX/UI design in a professional environment.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or similar design tool.
Practical knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, SASS.
Practical knowledge and understanding of modern UI libraries such as Material-UI
A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work on enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree, Associate degree in Graphic design, User Experience design, Human-Computer Interaction or similar but not required.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in enterprise application design.
