About:
Our client is a company that provides infrastructure services, primarily to municipalities. They are a lean team focused on efficiency and automation. They utilize NetSuite for their ERP system and are currently implementing NetSuite CRM to improve sales processes and data flow. The company is currently in Phase 2 of a larger NetSuite implementation, which includes Point of Sale (POS) inventory and progress billing. Phase 3 will include the CRM implementation, fixed asset module, and a new planning and reporting software for the finance team. There will be a significant cutover of processes and data between Phase 2 and Phase 3.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite CRM Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of NetSuite CRM for our sales and marketing teams. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite, CRM principles, and the ability to integrate with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage their own time effectively, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. This role will also involve close collaboration with the team managing the transition from Phase 2 to Phase 3, requiring experience in managing cutover processes and data migration between ERP phases.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of NetSuite CRM, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure NetSuite CRM to meet the specific needs of the sales and marketing teams, focusing on ease of use and streamlined workflows.
- Integrate NetSuite CRM with existing systems, including Heavy Bid (a construction bidding software) and potentially a future planning and reporting module.
- Develop and deliver training to sales and marketing staff on the use of NetSuite CRM.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of NetSuite CRM.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Chief Growth Officer, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Migrate bidding data from Heavy Bid to NetSuite CRM.
- Implement features to track sales process phases and manage bids.
- Assist with the implementation of the NetSuite fixed asset module.
- Manage the cutover of processes and data from Phase 2 (POS inventory and progress billing) to Phase 3. This will involve working closely with the existing implementation team and internal staff to ensure a smooth transition.
- Address any technical issues or adjustments that arise during the cutover process.
- Support the integration of the new planning and reporting software for the finance team (if required).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing NetSuite CRM.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP and its integration capabilities.
- Experience with third-party integrations, particularly with construction bidding software.
- Experience with data migration and data cleanup.
- Experience with NetSuite fixed asset module implementation.
- Experience managing cutover processes between ERP phases.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with other CRM systems (Salesforce, Monday.com) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with NetSuite's planning/reporting modules.
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry.
