Description

Our client is seeking a part-time, remote, Business Listings and Web Coordinator to join their team. This role is focused on managing business listings for an organization across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of online presence and will work closely with our Digital Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve issues such as map pin errors, information updates, listing claims, and syncing with our platform.

Update and maintain accurate business information across multiple platforms to ensure the consistency and correctness of listings.

Investigate and correct discrepancies in business listings, such as incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or hours of operation.

Assist in claiming new business listings and ensuring they are properly synced with our platform.

Maintain clear records of actions taken and provide regular updates to the Digital Services Delivery Manager.

Communicate effectively with the marketing team to clarify issues and provide timely resolutions.

Utilize Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop to enhance the presentation of our business listings.

Use Content Management System (CMS) to manage and update web content.

Apply knowledge of database management to ensure organized and accessible information.

Utilize skills in CSS and design to create visually appealing and user-friendly listings.

Participate in digital content creation and promotion to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

Experience with Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress

Familiarity with databases

Understanding of brand awareness strategies

Knowledge of CSS

Experience in digital content creation and management

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Familiarity or experience with Yext or similar listing platforms

Experience using Google My Business or similar tools

Must be available to work during normal business hours, as needed by the Marketing Team
