About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives with a strong focus on agile delivery and sprint planning. This role will oversee multiple projects across IT and business functions, driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes. Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable, but the emphasis is on program governance, agile leadership, and business partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional technology programs.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Partner with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to define scope, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Facilitate program ceremonies, executive updates, and steering committee sessions.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple projects.
- Oversee vendor/system integrator performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, including agile sprint planning.
- Proven track record managing enterprise application programs (ServiceNow experience a plus).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience working with offshore teams and vendor partners.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or ITIL frameworks.
- PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification preferred.
