Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance and streamline electronic data interchange (EDI) processes for a leading logistics firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sterling Integrator Mapping and EDI X12 standards, with a keen ability to develop and maintain complex mapping solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, update, and maintain Sterling Integrator Maps with medium to high complexity, incorporating various file formats such as XML, JSON, Positional, EDI, Delimited, and CSV.
  • Collect requirements, design, and develop maps and trading partner configurations to meet business needs.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure seamless EDI operations and integration.
  • Coordinate daily EDI operations with B2B, ERP, and customers, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted data exchange.
  • Evaluate and analyze customer EDI business requirements to implement effective EDI solutions.
  • Independently handle onboarding projects, providing regular updates and coordinating with stakeholders through SCRUM master tools.
  • Develop basic knowledge in Business Process development and utilize Sterling dashboard for troubleshooting and running business processes.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sterling Integrator Mapping and EDI X12 standards.
  • Proven expertise in handling various file formats including XML, JSON, Positional, EDI, Delimited, and CSV.
  • Previous experience in the logistics domain, particularly with EDI logistics transactions (204, 990, 214, 997, & 210) is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to collect requirements, design, develop, and test EDI solutions.
  • Excellent coordination skills to manage daily operations with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently on onboarding projects and provide updates through project management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Business Process development and operational troubleshooting using Sterling dashboard.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with B2B, OM teams, and customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business requirements and implement suitable EDI solutions.
  • SCRUM or Agile methodology experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
