IT Technician

TEKsystems client in the Buffalo, NY area is seeking 4, IT support resources for an upcoming go-live project. They are currently approaching Phase 2 of this project, and the primary responsibilities of the technical staff will be going back through the site areas that were assessed from inventory surveys to evaluate devices and make recommendations on what will need to be replaced based on the standards provided and direction from Epic. This will be captured in a report that goes back to the business that will be used to help determine what equipment they will need to order.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience as a Level 1 Desktop Technician that has experience providing first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving basic IT problems, setting up and maintaining desktop systems, and ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
