This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: Virginia.

This Senior Product & Digital Business Implementation manager will be part of the Commercial Digital group within Silicon Valley Bank/First Citizens Bank's Enterprise Digital organization.
Responsibilities
- Business Implementation Manager, Digital:
- Track and maintain net feature/migration readiness items
- Coordinate working sessions across stakeholders including our Strategic Activation and Alignment team as well as relevant stakeholders; follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
- Collect and reconcile data from Data Analytics, Product and other partners needed to support readiness activities and for leadership status reporting
- Coordinate and reconcile updates to impacted business teams' processes
- Manages status reporting on business initiatives and related communications to other key stakeholders
- Identify and communicate readiness risks that could impact migration/new features
- Acts as an advocate for all business stakeholders within the lifecycle of a project, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in advance of a launch
- Drive and ensures completion of required post-launch activities and post-mortems and lessons learned
- Delivery expectations
- Run/facilitate the following routines
- Product and BIM Discussions
- Extended Team meeting
- Publish meeting notes and recaps with next steps
- Maintain and manage project tracker - responsible for dates and activities for migration/net new feature releases
- Update risks/issues/decision logs impacting migrations/net new feature releases
- Maintain accurate documentation and meeting notes
