Job Description
Our Client is looking to add another team member to their team to work onsite in Allen Park, MI. This particular role will consist of manning the walk up desk. The IT Customer Service Representative is the first line support for users that are either walking up to the desk with a new issue, or are the first line responders to the chat line to arrange an appointment, follow up on repairs, and otherwise keep them informed of ongoing issues with their ticket request. This role is more customer facing in nature, however if someone has interest in troubleshooting IT issues it would give them exposure and the potential to move into a more technical role based on their performance and requesting such while in the IT Customer Service Representative job.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills - being able to schedule, follow up on messages in a timely manner, and staying on top of monitoring the chat as well as assisting walk in users.
- Good communication to coordinate and relay information to the technical team and coordinate issue resolution timelines with them
- Good written communication - they will be handling creation of tickets and need to be able to adequately describe the issues users are having as well as accurately log all of their information before passing to the technical team.
