ERP Consultant - Epicor/Kinetic | Remote | Manufacturing Sector
An established and growing ERP consultancy is looking for an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong background in Epicor Kinetic and proven expertise in financial and operational modules within the manufacturing sector. This is a remote position offering a high level of autonomy and the chance to lead projects that make a direct impact on client operations.
In this role, you will oversee full ERP implementation lifecycles-from kickoff through to go-live and ongoing support. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design, configure, and optimize systems to meet their operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead ERP implementations and software upgrade projects across a range of manufacturing clients. This includes advising clients on configuration and best practices, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
You'll also provide training and documentation to client teams, assist with proposal creation, and support clients post-go-live through remote troubleshooting and help desk services. Occasionally, you may be asked to deliver on-site support or training.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic or similar ERP platforms (e.g., Infor Visual, Syteline, or Great Plains). You have at least 3-5 years of experience in either manufacturing accounting or ERP financial consulting and a strong understanding of operations and distribution workflows.
You're confident working independently, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple priorities while keeping client satisfaction at the core of what you do. Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems proactively are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
A CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus, as is prior experience supporting ERP deployments across multiple business sectors. Availability for occasional evening or weekend support is required, along with a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
