A global professional services firms is hiring a Helpdesk Support Professional to join their IT Support Team. This person will work on solving Tech Support tickets via telephone as well as in-person at user's desks.
Requirements:
Compensation: $25-35/hr

Requirements:
- 3+ years' Tech Support experience.
- Must have worked on phone support ideally in a call center. type environment and comfortable providing phone support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- MDM
- Strong customer service mindset.
