Job Details

A global professional services firms is hiring a Helpdesk Support Professional to join their IT Support Team. This person will work on solving Tech Support tickets via telephone as well as in-person at user's desks.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' Tech Support experience.
  • Must have worked on phone support ideally in a call center. type environment and comfortable providing phone support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • MDM
  • Strong customer service mindset.


Compensation: $25-35/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
