Minimum 12 years of SAP experience, with 6+ years specializing in SAP MDG Functional roles.
Proven track record in end-to-end SAP MDG implementations in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
Deep knowledge of master data in pharma - including materials, BOMs, business partners, and batch management.
Experience with GxP compliance, 21 CFR Part 11, and SOX-aligned processes.
Proficient in configuring BRF+, FPM, workflows, and data replication via DRF/IDOC/ALE.
Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
skills.

Experience with MDG Consolidation, MDG Data Quality Management, or customnobject governance

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions aligned to pharmaceutical
industry best practices.
Work with business stakeholders in functions such as Regulatory, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Supply Chain to understand data governance requirements.
Configure MDG modules for Business Partner (Vendor/Customer), Material Master, and Finance Master Data, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GxP, SOX).
Implement and optimize data validation rules, approval workflows (BRF+), and FPM- based UIs for MDG applications.
Integrate MDG with upstream and downstream systems including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, LIMS, and external regulatory systems using DRF, IDOC, SOA, and APIs.
Support audit readiness and traceability through compliant change tracking, versioning, and controlled workflows.
Define and maintain master data standards, policies, and data ownership models in partnership with business and data governance teams.
Ensure that data quality and lifecycle management align with pharma regulatoryrequirements.
