Position: AI Workday Talent Implementation

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Workday Talent Management and AI-driven HR solutions implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating AI capabilities into Workday s talent modules to optimize hiring, performance, and workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support the implementation of Workday Talent & Performance modules integrated with AI tools.
Design and configure AI-based recommendation and analytics features for workforce optimization.
Collaborate with HR, data science, and engineering teams to develop AI-enhanced employee insights and prediction models.
Perform data integration between Workday, AI models, and cloud platforms.
Ensure compliance, scalability, and data security in deployment.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Workday Talent, Performance, or HCM modules.
Knowledge of AI/ML model integration, preferably with HR data.
Hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, and Report Writer.
Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, or cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
