Role : IT Field Support Engineer
Location : Everette, WA
Duration : Long-term Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Help Desk & Field Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, setting up IT equipment, and supporting day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations in and around Everett, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 help desk and onsite field support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve OS, application, and basic network issues
- Perform hardware replacements and cabling tasks
- Travel to client or office locations in and around Everett, WA as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Help Desk and Field Support roles
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to travel locally in and around Everett, WA
