Job Description:

Azure DevOps (ADO) Operations Management:

Knowledge of Azure DevOps operations and pipeline management.

Experience with user onboarding and security group management in Azure DevOps.

Extensive knowledge on the operations side of ADO.

Linux System Administration:

Proficiency in managing Linux-based systems and applications.

Experience with monitoring and improving system health and performance.

Atlassian Product Administration:

Expertise in administering and maintaining Jira, Confluence, and Sonarqube.

Familiarity with managing installs, upgrades, patches, and performance for Atlassian products.

Skills in managing Jira user permissions, screen schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, workflows etc.

Collaboration/Articulation Skills:

Ability to work closely with development and operations teams.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities for deployment-related issues.

Documentation and Best Practices:

Proficiency in using Confluence for documentation and maintaining operational procedures.

Knowledge of system configuration and best practices documentation.

Analytical Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems.

Experience with using various analytical tools and techniques to diagnose issues.

SLC

Strong knowledge of SDLC (SLC) process and expertise.

Knowledge of GXP guidelines and regulations.
