Salary: $120–$160K DOE

What you get to do:

  • Review complex tax returns including C-Corp, S-Corp, LLC, partnerships, multi-state entities, and high-net-worth individuals

  • Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of tax professionals, ensuring timely progress updates to leadership

  • Manage client service delivery, including tax planning meetings and filing deadlines

  • Conduct in-depth tax research and present findings to internal stakeholders or clients

  • Assist with GAAP reporting (ASC 740, FAS 109, FIN 48)

  • Opportunity to build a book of business through professional networking


What you need to succeed:

  • 6+ years of public accounting tax experience (Big 4 or large regional firm background preferred)

  • Strong technical tax skills with a desire to grow in the tax specialty

  • Comfortable preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns

  • CPA license and/or Master’s in Taxation preferred (or in progress)

  • Familiarity with CCH is a plus

  • Strong work ethic with a flexible mindset during busy seasons (approx. 55+ hrs/week during tax season)
