Do you enjoy troubleshooting, setting up equipment, and keeping systems running smoothly? The Advocacy & Resource Center is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Help keep our computers, printers, and software systems running.
- Respond to Help Desk tickets and support staff with their tech needs.
- Assist with system training for employees.
- Work closely with our Business Development & IT Director on day-to-day technology support.
What we're looking for:
- An Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field (experience in hardware/software installation, repair, or networking is a plus).
- Someone who can work independently and problem-solve.
- Flexibility to occasionally cover evenings or weekends.
- A clean, valid NY State driver's license.
