Do you enjoy troubleshooting, setting up equipment, and keeping systems running smoothly? The Advocacy & Resource Center is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join our team.

What you'll do:
  • Help keep our computers, printers, and software systems running.
  • Respond to Help Desk tickets and support staff with their tech needs.
  • Assist with system training for employees.
  • Work closely with our Business Development & IT Director on day-to-day technology support.

What we're looking for:
  • An Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field (experience in hardware/software installation, repair, or networking is a plus).
  • Someone who can work independently and problem-solve.
  • Flexibility to occasionally cover evenings or weekends.
  • A clean, valid NY State driver's license.
