Job Title: Oracle EBS Project Manager
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $80/HR ON W2
Client Industry: Public Sector
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience with 5+ years of focus on ERP implementation. Proven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud is required.
Executive Summary: Looking for an ERP Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle E-Business ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex ERP projects, as well as a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business ERP functionality.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including the project team, the customer, and the vendor
- Manage risks and issues throughout the project and develop mitigation plans as needed
- Ensure that the project meets the customer's requirements and expectations
- Manage the project budget and track costs closely
- Approve all project changes and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Document all project activities and deliverables
- Close out the project and ensure that all lessons learned are captured
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
- Proven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
- PMP Certification from PMI
- Experience with other ERP systems, such as CGI, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
- Experience with Agile project management methodology
- Experience with change management
