Team Context: Part of a cross-functional pod (AEP, AEM, Target, Data, Strategy) within a larger consulting team
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Consultant who began their career as a hands-on technologist in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, and AEM, and has since transitioned into a consulting and advisory role. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth and client-facing consulting skills-ideal for someone who can bridge technology and business strategy, lead workshops, and guide enterprise clients through digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities-
Partner with client executives and stakeholders to define digital transformation roadmaps leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Target, AEM).

Conduct technical discovery workshops to assess client marketing and personalization maturity.

Provide strategic advisory on customer data platforms, personalization frameworks, and AEM content strategies.

Translate complex Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities into business value for marketing, IT, and C-level stakeholders.

Oversee and guide delivery teams implementing AEP data pipelines, Target personalization campaigns, and AEM-based digital experiences.

Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring adoption, value realization, and measurable business outcomes.

Collaborate with platform teams, data engineers, and full stack developers to ensure end-to-end Adobe solution delivery.

Stay current with Adobe roadmap and emerging MarTech/AdTech trends, bringing innovation to client engagements.

8 12+ years of progressive experience in digital experience, marketing technology, or consulting.

Early career hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud:

AEP (schemas, sources, destinations, customer data modeling)

Adobe Target (A/B testing, personalization, recommendations)

AEM (components, templates, content workflows, DAM)

Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), identity resolution, segmentation, and real-time activation.

Proven success in client-facing consulting roles: leading workshops, building business cases, shaping transformation programs.

Knowledge of MarTech ecosystems, API-first integrations, and cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS).

Familiarity with Agile/Scaled Agile delivery models.

Adobe Certified Expert / Architect credentials (AEP, Target, AEM).

Industry expertise in Financial Services, Telecom, Media, or Hospitality.

Experience integrating Adobe stack with Salesforce, Dynamics, or other enterprise platforms.

Exposure to AI/ML in personalization and data governance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
