  • As the Technical Engineering Candidateager, candidates will lead a talented global team of engineers, driving the development of scalable, cloud-native applications across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • This role provides the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to cutting-edge AI initiatives at the core of AIG's future vision.
Responsibilities:
  • Candidateage a global engineering team to design, implement, test, and integXX AI-powered applications using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Lead software development, applying best practices for modern software design, scalability, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, manage technical debt and risks, and drive creative problem-solving.
  • Oversee daily team operations, establish priorities, and guide the team to meet key project goals with minimal oversight.
  • Candidatetor team members to foster career growth and ensure alignment with dynamic development environments.
  • CollaboXX with architecture, design, and product teams to optimize development pipelines and deliver high-quality software.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle with experience leading Agile and DevOps teams, particularly in AWS, Java, and Python environments.
  • Deep experience in building scalable cloud-native applications and applying modern concurrency principles.
  • Proficiency in working with both relational and non-relational databases and modern web application frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system monitoring skills for production environments.
  • DemonstXXd leadership and mentoring capabilities with a strong track record of team development.
  • Ability to make strategic technical decisions and set clear objectives across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for innovative software development, with an interest in trends related to AI, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in complex global environments, collaborating across geographies.
  • Familiarity with Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
