Senior Offer Manager with experience managing Offer Management to lead critical stabilization and improvement initiatives within the Offer Management team AND GO TO MARKET STRATEGY. This role will focus on resolving legacy operational issues, enhancing daily execution, and driving cross-functional alignment across key business units including CX, Supply Chain, and Services. Job Description:
Managers Notes: The Offer Manager acts like an owner in helping to manage sales growth and profitability of the responsible product lines. The Offer Manager is accountable for managing the product life cycle and helping with sales enablement for Offer in the U.S. Market. The Offer Manager will lead activities that require cross functional support of product introductions, remote training, product quality issues, forecast support, global supply chain relationships and coordination, technical support for sales organization, and manufacturing plant relationship. The ideal Offer Manager can grasp the technical capabilities and features of the product and translate them into benefits for the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
The Offer Manager will support the product management team with the following:
- Definition of the product strategy and tactics following the 4P s of Marketing elements for successfully positioning the products in the market
- Offer definition around its value, features, competition
- Pricing definition by devising the right pricing strategy
- Place definition to support the go to market strategy
- Promotional support of the product for sales and marketing communication
- Design and management of marketing content and sales enablement for delivery to sales, customers, and channels.
- Product launches and life cycle management
- Analyzing product profitability and sales success to ensure the health of the product offering according to business strategy.
- Competitive analysis
- Product demand forecast and inventory levels with sales and operations.
- Product availability and quality management.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics specialization is preferred.
- Business degree is an asset but not required.
Experience
- 8 years in Engineering, Marketing, or Sales in the Industrial Automation industry
- Domain knowledge of Motion, Robotics, PLC s, and HMI applications is preferred.
- Competency in Motion, Robotics, IIoT, cyber security, and software is highly desirable.
- 1-2 years in sales in industrial automation industry or manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Training will be offered for this position.
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead critical stabilization and improvement initiatives within the Offer Management team. This role will focus on resolving legacy operational issues, enhancing daily execution, and driving cross-functional alignment across key business units including CX, Supply Chain, and Services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts to identify, track, and resolve legacy setup errors such as Spare Parts configuration issues and other systemic problems impacting Offer Management.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across Customer Experience (CX), Supply Chain, Services, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and execution of stabilization goals.
- Analyze and remediate process inefficiencies, with a focus on operational excellence and scalability.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to strengthen the Offer Management function and enhance overall execution.
- Maintain momentum across multiple workstreams by holding team members accountable, communicating progress, and escalating blockers as needed.
- Ensure alignment with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and offerings to support commercial and product readiness.
- Provide clear and consistent reporting on project milestones, risks, and KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional efforts.
- Strong background in hardware product management or operations, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment.
- Experience with Offer Management, product setup/configuration, and GTM initiatives.
- Expertise in problem-solving and process optimization (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies a plus).
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a tech, hardware, or supply chain-driven environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, SAP, or PLM systems related to offer setup and management.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
