Job Title: Oracle Technical Lead Finance & Supply Chain
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote
Client location: Irvine
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead for an Oracle Finance and Supply Chain re-implementation project, ensuring technical solutions meet business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Provide technical oversight across Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management (WMS) modules, leading integrations, reporting, and custom development.
- Manage technical workstreams including RICEW (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) objects, data migration, and environment management.
- Partner with functional leads and healthcare business stakeholders to align system design with operational and compliance needs.
- Lead and mentor technical team members (onshore/offshore), reviewing deliverables and ensuring high-quality standards.
- Oversee development of integrations with clinical systems, EHR platforms, third-party logistics, and other enterprise applications.
- Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and cutover activities, ensuring seamless transition with minimal disruption to patient care and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on access controls, system performance, and compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a technical advisor during deployment and knowledge transfer to support teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master s preferred.
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP technologies, including at least 3+ years with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Finance and Supply Chain.
- Broad technical expertise across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management, with hands-on experience supporting WMS integrations.
- Proven track record leading technical delivery for Oracle ERP implementations or re-implementations in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle integration frameworks (OIC, APIs, REST/SOAP), reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS), and data conversion practices.
- Experienced in technical project governance, RICEW development, and environment management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOX) preferred.
