Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle PDM (Product Data Management) Consultant to join our team. As an Oracle PDM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle PDM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and optimize product lifecycle management. This is a client-facing role that involves working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to provide end-to-end PDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle PDM modules, ensuring the system is aligned with business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with business and technical teams to design Oracle PDM solutions that improve business processes related to product data management.
  • System Integration: Integrate Oracle PDM solutions with other enterprise applications such as Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP, and third-party systems.
  • Customization & Support: Customize Oracle PDM functionality to meet unique business needs. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle PDM applications.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Create technical documentation, including user guides and system configurations.
  • Data Migration: Assist in the migration of product data from legacy systems to Oracle PDM.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure system functionality is tested and validated thoroughly before going live.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to Oracle PDM.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle PDM systems (Oracle Agile, Oracle PLM, etc.).

Proven experience in integrating Oracle PDM solutions with other enterprise systems.

Experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and best practices.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Oracle PDM/PLM applications.

Familiarity with Oracle database, SQL, and other relevant technologies.

Understanding of data migration, system integration, and customization in Oracle environments.

Knowledge of industry standards related to product data management (e.g., BOM, product configurations).
