Senior Systems AD Engineer (AD And O365 Migration)
Location: Remote (Buffalo, NY preferred if onsite needed)

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Windows Systems Engineer to support an enterprise Active Directory and Office 365 migration project for a healthcare client. This role focuses on execution, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across multi-domain environments.
Responsibilities:
- Execute AD consolidation and O365 migrations (multi-domain/forest)
- Migrate users, groups, mailboxes, desktops, and printers
- Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, GPO, replication, and authentication issues
- Automate tasks using PowerShell; configure Quest/ADMT tools
- Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance during migration
Required Skills:
- 7+ years Windows Systems Engineering experience
- Hands-on AD & O365 enterprise migration experience
- Strong DNS/DHCP/GPO/Replication troubleshooting
- PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Quest Migration Manager, ADMT, or similar
- Healthcare IT experience preferred
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft Enterprise Admin certification
- Citrix experience
