RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Designer/Content Designer in San Francico, CA.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* UX Designer/Content Designer will attend all required Sprint Ceremonies and related meetings
* Maintain active communication using Slack and Email
* Engage with Truss Project Lead to: Accurately report hours; Report work completed on a weekly basis
* Work with designers, engineers, and product leads
* Define tickets in order to accomplish product roadmap goals
* As a UX Designer/Content Designer, you will commit to scope of work accomplished in 2-week sprints
* Work transparently and work with team/stakeholders/internal dependents to solve impediments
* Craft clear and concise content that follows our content guidelines and supports user needs and flows within our project
* Ensure content meets our content guidelines and standards
* Plan, audit, structure, and govern content across products or platforms for consistency and effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS:
* Familiarity with using tools like Figma, Mural, Slack
* Ability to communicate design decisions effectively with team and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
