Job Responsibilities:
* Work within a cross functional team to envision and support current and future Collaboration Systems and components.
* Maintain and implement systems with both an end user enablement and security focus.
* Monitors system performance and capacity
* Responsible for software updates, maintenance and support and related documentation
* Coordinates basic user administration
Qualifications - External
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science related discipline preferred
* At least (4), typically six or more years of experience in Collaboration operations and administration
* Requires extensive knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Automation.
* Experience in supporting or implementing Office 365, or cloud technology.
* Excellent documentation and presentation skills
* Self-Motivated, Innovative and a Team Player
Key Technical Skills:
* Proficient/Advanced knowledge with security concepts.
* Ability to automate daily tasks with Power Platform.
* Power BI / Tableau / RStudio administration
* Experience with O365 and running Hybrid Exchange.
* Active Directory experience
