Job Details

Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading organization to hire an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with deep expertise in Customer Service Management. This is a high-impact role focused on optimizing customer service and field service workflows using the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into optimized ServiceNow CSM workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and improve field service operations.
  • Create detailed process maps and functional specifications.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for ServiceNow CSM configuration and automation.
  • Support change management efforts, including end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM and business process consulting.
  • Proven knowledge of field service workflows and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with ServiceNow developers and solution architects.
  • ServiceNow certifications in CSM or related modules.
