About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MuleSoft Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of MuleSoft-based integration solutions. You will leverage your deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to deliver high-quality and scalable integrations that support business transformation and drive operational efficiency.

As a Senior MuleSoft Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the business requirements, align with best practices, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Lead the design and implementation of complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Provide expert advice on architectural decisions and help clients define integration strategies.
Develop and maintain MuleSoft applications, APIs, and integrations in accordance with best practices, coding standards, and business requirements.
Work directly with clients to understand their integration needs, gather requirements, and translate those requirements into technical solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor and guide clients through the MuleSoft development lifecycle.
Manage end-to-end implementation of MuleSoft solutions, including the integration of legacy systems, cloud applications, databases, and third-party services.
Provide leadership to junior consultants and development teams. Mentor and guide team members in best practices, coding standards, and MuleSoft methodologies.
Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of all MuleSoft applications and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Mulesoft development and implementation, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, and Anypoint Management Center.
Deep understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
Experience with RESTful API development,java, Springboot services.
Proficiency in MuleSoft best practices, including API-led connectivity and reusable assets.

Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 (Mule 4) is required. MuleSoft Certified Architect is a plus.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong client-facing skills, with experience in presenting solutions and managing client expectations.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and approach complex technical problems with a solution-oriented mindset.
Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
