Role: AI Tech Lead
Location: NYC, NY - Onsite
Full Time
Responsibility:
- Provide technical leadership to both Onshore and offshore engineering teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution.
- Act as the technical liaison between leadership, Product Owners, offshore delivery teams, and key business stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary technical leader for AI initiatives, owning architecture decisions, solution design, and technical delivery.
- Lead development of AI agents, tool orchestration workflows, and LLM-powered automation systems.
- Ensure AI features are seamlessly embedded into the Wealth Books platform and related content workflows.
Skills:
- 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in AI/ML and LLM-based development.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead.
- Hands-on expertise with MCP server frameworks, AI agent-building and modern UX practices.
- Experience integrating applications with AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, internal AI gateways)
- Strong proficiency in Python, AI frameworks ( LangChain)
- Deep understanding of vector databases, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
