Work Arrangement: Onsite (4 day in office, 1 day WFH after training & performance compliance)


Client Industry: Global IT/Technology Services


Duration: 12-18 Months Contract


Schedule: 24x7 Global Service Desk (rotational schedule; details provided during interview)



About the Role


We are hiring an IT Tech Support professional to join our client s Global IT Service Desk team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting internal employees with first-line IT support via voice and chat. You ll be part of a global team, delivering best-in-class client care while expanding your skills in IT troubleshooting and customer service.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide first-line IT support to internal employees via phone and live chat channels.

  • Troubleshoot applications, proprietary systems, and basic hardware/software issues.

  • Manage and document multiple chat sessions simultaneously while meeting service desk performance and quality metrics.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to second-line teams with clear, detailed ticket documentation.

  • Collaborate with global service desk partners to ensure consistent client care and issue resolution.



What We re Looking For



  • 1 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Customer Support.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Proficiency with Windows 10, MS Office Suite/Office 365, and basic troubleshooting.Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and consistently meet performance goals.

  • Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.



Compensation
Hourly Rate: $18 $20 per hour
