RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a MRP Analyst. This person will be responsible for ordering materials, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, running weekly supplier meetings, and providing weekly reporting on team targets. The MRP Analyst will manage email from numerous internal and external stakeholders with a high level of customer service. They will also build slides and present during weekly/monthly cross-functional meetings as needed.
Responsibilities:
* Manage assigned commodity to ensure material availability
* Maintain master data in SAP and ERP system
* Hold weekly supplier meetings to discuss production plan and supply and assess target achievement
* Manage obsolete material process
* Coordinate with other commodities to ensure appropriate level of materials
* Present out during weekly cross-functional meetings
* Ensure timely delivery of materials following production plan
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or other related degree
* 1+ years of business experience or strong internship required
* Excel proficiency with vlookup, index/match and other array formulas, as well as visualizations
* Ability to learn or effectively use SAP, Outlook, and web-based ordering platform
* Strong ability to communicate with suppliers, team, and other stakeholders
* Dedication to responsiveness, emails require a same day response
* Must be a self-starter, take ownership, and able to work independently
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
