Java Big Data Engineer

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Java Big Data Engineer for our client in the IT-Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Role: Java Big Data Engineer

Primary Skills: Java

Role Description: As a Java Big Data Engineer, you must have at least 10+ years of experience. Must have 4-8 years of experience in Java Development, Spring Boot, and big data (preferably Spark, Airflow, and/or Google Cloud).

Other cloud experience would be nice to have, but it is not required.

You must be a strong communicator and should be able to make valuable contributions to conversations revolving around design and architecture reviews. Must be comfortable with regularly working 3 to 4 days onsite as will be building a relationship with your team and the client.

There is an opportunity to transition to an FTE if desired.

Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
