Job Details
Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA.
The perfect candidate will be an experienced senior engineer with a proven track record of implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrating it into large enterprise solutions. This engineer will serve as a marketing subject-matter expert, contributing to technical design, development, and testing, while collaborating with various partners and service providers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, security, standard objects, reports/dashboards. Understanding of data management and sandbox environments.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with consuming web services.
- 1-2+ years of experience with Lightning framework (Aura, LWC).
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Solid knowledge of web technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and/or Ajax.
- Understanding integrating Salesforce with other applications using connected app and APIs.
- Understanding of Integrating Marketing Cloud with additional SF instances.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, and others).
- Strong understanding of Lightning flows and Trigger framework.
- Expertise in programming languages and methodologies (e.g., Java and Apex).
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent years of experience and/or certification.
- An unbridled curiosity and interest in problem-solving and iterative development.
- Experience in the development of hotel property applications.
- Experience in leadership in a sourced environment.
- Ability to work independently or on a team.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Developer/Architect/Admin Certifications, including Salesforce marketing certifications (Email Specialist, Administrator, Developer, Consultant)
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing support of new and existing Salesforce marketing platforms.
- Leverage Salesforce Service and Marketing Cloud expertise to act as a technical architect and hands-on Salesforce engineer.
- Deliver technical solutions focusing on security, authentication, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as Lead Salesforce Developer, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards and coaching and mentoring team members.
- Review and approve design documents, code reviews, test plans, and deployment plans.
- Make informed decisions on architectural design, considering tradeoffs, benefits, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to understand and translate requirements into solutions.
- Ask questions or adverse to be asked questions, share experiences, and explain alternative solutions.
