Job Title: End User Services Architect

Job Description:
  • The Enterprise Architecture Consultant will design and develop IT solutions aligned with business objectives, provide guidance on IT optimization, and deliver enterprise architecture roadmaps.
  • The role involves supporting business transformation, pre-sales activities, and ensuring solutions meet both IT and business vision.
  • The consultant will leverage expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix, and related technologies to drive alignment, governance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Enterprise Architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide solutions for IT optimization, business-aligned IT, enterprise architecture, roadmap creation, transformation, business/product acquisition, and mergers.
  • Create technical strategies for implementation and roadmaps.
  • Participate in RFP/RFI, due diligence, pre-sales support, and oversee POCs.
  • Ensure solutions meet customer IT and business vision.
  • Perform engagement-level delivery governance.
  • Leverage expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Citrix, and other technologies to drive IT optimization and business alignment.
  • Serve as central point of contact for customer business/development groups or vendors to resolve environment issues.
  • Ensure ITIL compliance for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Monitor problem, change, and incident queues, enforcing root cause analysis and quality targets.
  • Direct service delivery resources in resolution/prevention of problems as needed.
  • Provide consulting and/or SME scoping assistance for solutions.
  • Provide mainframe consulting services including needs analysis, design, proposal influence, and implementation.
  • Analyze, document, and report client requirements while providing technical guidance.
  • Deliver formal presentations at different organizational levels.
  • Resolve escalations, incidents, and non-conformances in adherence to quality, process, and SLA norms.
  • Mentor and train juniors and provide process and service improvement initiatives.
  • Update domain knowledge and skills regularly.
  • Complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines.
  • Facilitate process piloting, tailoring, and quality audits.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and ensure compliance with process norms.
Required Skills:
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in Citrix, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Call Manager.
  • Knowledge of Audio/Video conference room devices (Neat, Crestron) and Power Platform.
  • Ability to align IT solutions with business goals.
  • Experience in project management, presenting, and designing technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with SOWs, SLAs, and performance management metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of managing time and tasks independently.
  • Ability to listen to business needs and craft comprehensive solutions.
Experience Required:
  • 15+ years of experience with Office 365 administration, Microsoft Intune, PowerShell scripting, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Microsoft SharePoint, Citrix.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center, Microsoft EntraID.
  • Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and Endpoint Analytics.
Certifications Preferred:
  • ITIL MASTER Certification.
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
  • Citrix Certified Associate Virtualization (CCA-V).
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate.
