Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IT Help Desk Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Aurora, CO. Position is Hybrid.

Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Min 3 years of related experience
- Basic troubleshooting of mobile devices
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues remotely
- Basic troubleshooting skills of common Microsoft applications
- Microsoft certifications
- IT related certs related to Microsoft 365/Azure or other certs
- Previous helpdesk exp
- Previous exp in a hospital healthcare environment
- Exp troubleshooting Windows and Macintosh devices
