Position: Servicenow IRM developer

Location: San Jose CA

Basic Requirements:

  • Need Senior candidates with GRC and IRM module development.
  • Comprehensive understanding and working experience in GRC/ IRM domain and ServiceNow GRC module implementation, IRMapplication working experience.
  • ServiceNow GRC certification is a plus.
  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM solutions including workflows, scripts, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with GRC/IRM stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience successfully implementing the ServiceNow GRC platform and processes leveraging the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with Risk, Policy and compliance, Audit and Vendor risk management processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience
  • Experience and knowledge of GRC various functions and cross skilled is a plus
  • Proven experience as GRC or other GRC position.
  • Development experience of a ServiceNow instance with handling of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

Required Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM data models and security architecture.
  • ServiceNow Experience should include extensive scripting knowledge in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Mandatory GRC hands on experience at administrative experience.
  • Able to work on configuration of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog and workflows.
  • Supported system integrations using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
  • Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML or HTML 5, Angular JS
  • Experience in working on Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ready for rotational shifts including night shift.
  • CIS GRC certification is a plus.
  • CSA certification mandatory.

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
