Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of current products in development and their manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate as part of a cross-functional product development team to achieve project scope, time, and cost targets.
- Transfer robust products and processes from R&D to manufacturing and commercial launch.
- Communicate effectively with various departments including R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality.
- Utilize statistical software for data analysis and problem-solving.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in a related technical area.
- Proficient engineering skills in problem solving, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Product Development and mechanical design is highly desirable.
- Experience with thermoplastics and filtration products is a plus.
