Job Description
You will be a Lead Test Engineer for Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire team in Grand Prairie, Texas. Our team is responsible for developing and testing cutting-edge missile systems, and you'll play a key role in leading technical projects and ensuring their success.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Lead Test Engineer, you will be responsible for serving as a Technical Lead and Project Lead, overseeing test requirements development, test software design and coding, and system integration. You'll lead technical weekly meetings, coordinate with other teams to resolve test failures, and provide project status updates to management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement test requirements, test software, and system integration plans
Lead technical weekly meetings and coordinate with other teams to resolve test failures
Design, code, and test software using National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand
Troubleshoot and debug test equipment and software issues
Develop and maintain documentation, and verify and validate test results

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related degree, or equivalent professional experience
9 Years (with a Bachelors), or 7 years (with a Masters) Test Engineering Experience.
Proficient in LabVIEW and TestStand.
Desired skills
-Experience with LabView Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), and developing test software for ATE (Automated Test Equipment) .
- Experience with testing and debugging with C/C++ and Object Oriented programing languages.
-Experience in leading projects and technical meetings supporting Production, Sustainment or Development programs.
-Experience in performance as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
-Experience in developing Basic of Estimate (BoE) for new programs.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
