JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: Niskayuna, NY
Job responsibilities:
Experienced IT Support Professional with over 3 years of hands-on experience in providing end-user technical support in enterprise environments. Proficient in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and knowledgeable in Active Directory.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and basic networking issues with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and cloud-based systems.
Required Skills :
Microsoft Windows OS (7/10) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
User and access management using Active Directory
Exposure to IT infrastructure environments (servers, networks, cloud services)
Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on timely issue resolution
Familiar with service desk tools and remote support platforms

Necessary Skills:
End user support ,Troubleshoot
Required Education:
At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
