Job Title: Scrum Master & Agile Coach (Project Manager)
Location: Hybrid, Atlanta, GA

Candidates with experience supporting state or public sector environments are strongly preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master & Agile Coach to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will promote Agile best practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and guide teams toward continuous improvement and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach team members on Agile/Scrum frameworks and principles
Remove impediments and address team blockers
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals
Track progress, metrics, and deliverables using Agile tools
Drive continuous process improvement and team performance
Support IT service and change management processes

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years experience working with Agile teams
Minimum 3 years experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Teams, and Office 365
Scrum Master certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as an Agile Coach
Experience working on large or enterprise-level projects
Strong understanding of Agile metrics, reporting, and backlog management
