Pay Range: $66 - $72/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic directions to ensure successful implementation and optimization.
- Experience as a solution architect for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation.
- Proven track record in providing comprehensive end-to-end implementation solutions from inception to completion, involving requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout, and hyper care.
- Experience in defining system architecture, ensuring alignment to business needs and driving technical excellence through this implementation.
- Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, and Device Manager.
- Skilled in customizing these modules to meet specific client needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in integrating these modules with other enterprise systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, systems integrations and WFM best practices.
- Lead the technical configuration of Time tracking, Advanced Scheduling & forecasting, accruals, Analytics & Reports, Dell Boomi Integration, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration and compliance.
- Lead the Configuration and Troubleshooting for following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities.
- Lead the design of integrations using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms aligning to the best practices and customer priorities.
- Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new as need basis.
- Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:XML, JSON, and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of various aspects of technology architecture like network, security, and integration. In integration, experience in the use of API integration and web services a must.
- 5+ years of experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Proven experience with Dell Boomi platform.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and integration concepts.
- 5+ years of experience developing target state architecture for UKG Work Force Management and Payroll solution.
- Prior working experience in developing integration between UKG Work Force Management solutions and other HRIS systems (i.e., Workday).
- Knowledge on integration with multiple platforms like WFM, Workday SAP, Financial systems, skills systems like Aveva, Data Lake, etc.
- Experience with XML, JSON, and SQL.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross-functional teams.
- UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)
- Experience working as a solution architect for Kronos WFC
- A self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
