Description

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Architects and a Product Team to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions in an Agile/SAFE environment. We need a highly proactive analyst who puts themselves in the user's shoes to maintain product accountability to know all of the roles and personas associated with the team's stories/features, and isn't afraid to push back when needed to truly understand the needs of the user(s) and provide that perspective to the developers to ensure we're delivering what the business is demanding. -Work with Experience Owners and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements -Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions -Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories -Creating complex workflows highlighting business processes -Take full ownership of the business and clearly understand and articulate multiple systems integrations -Assist with data mappings between multiple integrated systems -Work with Product Management and Business Users to determine features and roadmaps -Leverage analytical and technical knowledge to identify workable solutions that do not consume development capacity -Translate technical information for product manager or stakeholders to consume -Articulate business problems to the team which enables them to determine best solutions -Writing technical user stories for the team to consume. -Maintain consistent interaction with architects and development leads to explore solutions. -Must maintain a high sense of urgency at all times by working with cross functional teams/teammates and be ready to help the team when needed; especially for production-related issues, and pre-troubleshoot these incidents as needed to isolate the cause of the issue to be a training issue, technical issue, etc. to escalate accordingly -Work with different teams and product owners to discuss dependencies and discuss best practices. -Must have exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
