Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled creative and technically skilled Systems and Process Training Content Developer with expertise in avatar-based training solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning experiences that simplify complex systems and business processes using interactive avatars and immersive eLearning tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze organizational systems and processes to identify training needs and learning objectives.
  • Design and develop avatar-based training modules, including scenario-driven simulations, interactive guides, and multimedia content to enhance learner engagement and retention.
  • Translate standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation into clear, scalable, and interactive eLearning materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, IT, and HR teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize industry-standard eLearning and avatar creation tools (e.g., Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) for content development.
  • Maintain and update training content based on feedback, system upgrades, and evolving process requirements.
  • Assess learner progress and adapt content to address knowledge gaps and improve training outcomes.
  • Manage content deployment on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure accessibility across platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze training effectiveness using learning analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing eLearning content, with a focus on avatar-based or simulation training.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and avatar/simulation platforms (e.g., Vyond, Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with process mapping and business systems analysis.
  • Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness.
